Even though there's no milk for morning cereal,
nor bread and fruit for lunch,
the children are still bickering
and I have no clue what to cook for dinner,
even though they're grumbling about their schoolwork
and my do-list is a mile long,
YET I will rejoice in the Lord;
I will joy in the God of my salvation.

Such stability that no circumstances and no one's emotional state - NOTHING - alters the character of God. Whew.
